A DELICIOUS NEW RESTAURANT OPENS ITS DOORS TO THE PUBLIC TOMORROW EVENING IN BELLAVISTA.
SANTIAGO — Wednesday evening, April 9th will see the launch of Dolores Pizza & Bar in the historic neighborhood of Bellavista. The restaurant will officially be opening its doors from 8pm, and it is open to the public.
Dolores has been unofficially open for a month now, and already boasts over twenty-five varieties of pizza, all of which are made with authentic Italian products, from the flour to the tomato sauce. The restaurant also only uses organic vegetables, and serves its pizzas with fresh mozzarella.
The man who is in charge of the food at Dolores Pizza & Bar is the renowned Argentinian chef, Juan Manuel Pena, who is also head chef at Peumavén, a restaurant that serves ancestral pre-Hispanic Chilean cuisine.
This inauguration also celebrates the liquor license that they have just been granted, and so they thought what better way to officially open its doors than with a big party. This Wednesday, April 9th, come along for a night of live music, an open beer and wine bar, a taste of the menu, and more. The first fifty guests are even rumored to receive a special gift!
