SANTIAGO — This Sunday the Grand Hyatt Santiago invites families to join their Easter celebrations and lavish-sounding buffets that could only be fit for a holiday weekend in Santiago.
Both the Anakena and Senso restaurant will be open for guests this Sunday starting from 1pm.
If you’re looking to unwind out in the gardens of the hotel and have something with a bit of international flair, the Anakena restaurant will be firing up their wood-grill to offer meat and Thai-infused appetizers, along with seafood and salad stations.
Or perhaps in the Senso restaurant—just off the lobby with beautiful mountain views—a Mediterranean inspired buffet might satisfy your families’ appetites with risotto, crab cakes, or pastas—not without the option of Chilean inspired empanadas. Fittingly for the Easter holiday, there will also be an “egg chef” to cook-up eggs in any style you desire.
Pace yourself, because both buffets leave no doubts on dessert options—which include a cupcake display, chocolate and coconut truffles, and a station to create your own banana foster.
If the food and beautiful settings aren’t incentive enough—what about a petting zoo and inflatable games for the kids?
