Details About the Law Aporte Familiar Permanente
Michelle Bachelet signed the Bill of Law Aporte Familiar Permanente de Marzo on March 13, here are the details about who can benefit of this law.
SANTIAGO — The discussion of this project began last Wednesday by the Finance commission in the Congress. But the question is who will benefit from it? According to the design of the project presented by the President, these are the requirements to gain CLP $40,000:
1. Family Credit: those who are eligible for this benefit established by the law No. 18.020 on Dec. 31, 2013, will receive CLP $ 40,000 for each household allowance.
2. Family or Maternal Assignment: those who perceived have an income at or below the maximum limit laid down in Article 1 of the Law No. 18,987 (to CLP $ 501,978) since last Dec. 31. In this case, the family contribution will be CLP $40,000.
3. Subsystem of”Securities and Opportunities”: Persons or families that since Dec. 31 were users, where the family contribution will be $ 40,000 for each family.
4. Subsystem “Chile Solidario”: people who have been in this program since Dec. 31, 2013, will receive $ 40,000 for each family.
In the cases of options three and four, people who will receive this benefit are not beneficiaries of any other subsidies or aforementioned allowances.
There is also another aspect to consider, the priority for mothers. If there are multiple beneficiaries, it provides that “the bond should always be preferred to the mother,” having the obligation to deliver the lifelong family contribution to the family member who is receiving the maternal or family allowances.
